After graduating from the Art Institute of Seattle Steve started retouching
professionally in 1991
. Contracting for Seattle color houses and large
format printers, work included all things production in all Mac based
graphic applications. Usually when the phone rang,
it was for image manipulation and color work.
In 1996 he was introduced to Tim Girvin and began contracting for his firm.
Other long-term design clients include Tip Top Creative, Hornall Anderson, and Ovo.
Seattle Central Community College, Cornish College of the Arts and numerous
private clients have hired Steve to teach PhotoShop.
This site also features Steve's photography. "I started shooting homes
for builders and portraits for attorneys in 2000. My teachers and mentors are:"

Steve lives in Long Beach, Ca with his wife Holly.
